2024 Seventh Annual Charity Golf Tournament

The success of the 2024 Seventh Annual Charity Golf Tournament was truly remarkable, owing to the invaluable contributions of our generous sponsors, dedicated golfers, donors of gifts and baskets, and our exceptional volunteers. What a golf-tastic showdown! A big shoutout to all the golf pros who swung by to support the Motion Project. The event was a hole-in-one, with Rothlands Golf Course going above and beyond to pamper every golfer and guest. From smooth sign-ups to a scrumptious steak feast, they hit the nail on the head! Despite the windy antics, everyone had a ball. Prizes were raining down, and a special cheer for Kathy Galletta recipient of the “Gabe” award for her heartwarming spirit. It was a day filled with laughter, friendly rivalries, and some serious auction excitement!

LARGEST MEAT RAFFLE – WE DID IT!!

A Big Thank You to Everyone Who Contributed to Our Annual Meat Raffle, Turning It into the “Worlds” Largest Meat Raffle with close to 700 attendees. The evening was filled with joy and lots of meat! A special thank you to Liza at Grapevine Banquets for the incredible space and making sure the accommodations worked for this event, thank you to Latina Boulevard Foods for the great quality meat – we raffled off close to $10,000 worth of meat – over 60 turkeys – lots of happy winners! 2023 Sixth Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Special thanks to all our sponsors for without each and every one we could not have made this a success. This was such an amazing tournament thanks to all the golfers that came out to support Motion Project. It was a sold-out tournament. Rothlands Golf Course is beautiful and the professional staff made sure that all our golfers and guests’ needs were met. Rothlands provided an organized registration and cart assignment, shotgun start, lunch at the turn and a delicious grilled steak dinner and everyone had a great time. Not to mention prizes for top team and of course, last place team as well, were given away at the dinner. Tons of fun with the basket raffle and live auction and the presentation of this year’s “Gabe” award. It was a day full of friendly competition and lots of surprises along the way.

2022 Fifth Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Our Fifth Annual Charity Golf Tournament was a huge success thanks to M P Caroll, our Diamond sponsor, Commercial Cleaning Services of Western New York and Phillips Lytle LLP, our Gold sponsors, Kantor Caring Foundation, our Silver sponsor, and DIH Hocoma and Allied Motion our Bronze sponsors and the many hole sponsors. A huge thank you to our golfers, we sold out this year!! For all the supporters and our wonderful volunteers, thank you just doesn’t seem enough – you are all so appreciated and made this the event of the year. Rothland Golf Course is beautiful, and the professional staff made sure that all our golfers and guests’ needs were met. From the organized registration and cart assignment, to the shotgun start, lunch at the turn and finishing with a delicious grilled steak dinner, everyone had a great time. Prizes for top team and of course, the last place team were given away as well as many other prizes. There was a lot of fun with our live auction, and we awarded the caregiver of the year with our “Gabe” award. With your support, we raised over $40,000 to support Motion Project.

2021 Fourth Annual Charity Golf Tournament

We had such a wonderful time at our Fourth Annual Charity Golf Tournament and thank each of our sponsors, golfers, supporters, and volunteers for making this such a successful event. Rothland Golf Course professional staff worked to ensure everyone was registered and organized a timely start on their beautiful golf course. At the 9th hole, golfers enjoyed lunch and at the completion of the 18 holes, a delicious grilled steak dinner was served. Prizes were awarded for top team, and yes, even last place won a prize. Our live auction due a lot of attention and a great time was had by all. Thank you for your generous support. This tournament raised over $20,000 to support those with spinal cord injuries.

Our third annual golf tournament was so much fun! Rothland Golf Course’s professional staff worked with us to make sure everyone was registered and organizing a timely start on their beautiful golf course. Lunch was served on the 9th hole and at the completion of the 18 holes, a delicious grilled steak dinner was served. Prizes were awarded for top team and yes, even last place won a prize. The live auction was so much fun and a great time was had by everyone. Thank you all for your generous support!

2018 Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Our second annual golf tournament was such a success with everyone having a wonderful time despite of the rain! Rothland Golf Course is a beautiful course and professional staff. Everyone completed the 18 hole course, enjoyed lunch at the 9th hole and an amazing steak dinner at the finish. Lots of prizes and awards made for a great time for everyone.

Natalie’s Walk

Wheels With Wings Foundation thanks each and every one of you for you constant support of Natalie’s Walk. In our six annual walks, through your generosity, we have raised over a quarter of a million dollars to fund our Quality of Life Grant Program. We have awarded so many who have suffered a spinal cord injury to obtain the necessary items to make life more independent, more functional, more productive and offering much hope for a bright future…all thanks to your generous donations and support. And thanks to your generosity we continue to award these Quality of Life Grants.

Moving forward, we are working on a bigger and more exciting event for 2019 so be sure to check back for the exciting news and information and how you can continue to support this worthy cause.

Potential sponsors were joined by presenting sponsor Phillips Lytle LLP at a Corporate Kick Off Reception for Natalie’s Walk to benefit Wheels With Wings Foundation, May 16th 2017 at Giancarlo’s Sicilian Steakhouse and Pizzeria. Attendees included 2017 Community Honoree, Assemblyman Michael P. Kearns, 142nd NYS Assembly District.
